Hon. Michael Häckel from Munich, Germany, serving as the Consul of Panama, is newly elected General Secretary

The Office of the President and the Senate have elected Hon. Michael Häckel, Consul of Panama in Munich, Germany, as the new General Secretary of the ICCDR Interconsulary Council for Crisis and Disaster Response for a term of two years.

The General Secretary is representing the ICCDR globally in all organizational affairs on behalf of the Office of the President.
